This is a private home, thoughtfully designed for living rather than as a conventional holiday rental. The result is a space with personality: original artwork, carefully collected pieces and interiors that feel considered rather than staged.

At the heart of the apartment is the open-plan kitchen and dining room, with herringbone timber floors, contemporary cabinetry and a generous dining table for relaxed breakfasts, dinners or evenings at home.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing fills the apartment with natural light and opens onto the exceptional private terrace.

Extending along the apartment, the terrace has two distinct areas: a large outdoor dining space at one end and a separate lounge area at the other, with views across London and the River Thames. It is an unusually generous outdoor space for a central London home and a beautiful place to experience the city from above.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Quiet and understated, it has the feel of a private hotel suite.

The second en-suite room has been designed to work in two ways. By day, it is a separate lounge with Sky TV. At night, the sofa converts into a bed, creating a private sleeping space for the third guest. Its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

Comfort The apartment has comfort cooling and heating, whole-home ventilation, a washer/dryer and multiple lifts serving the building.

Paid underground parking is available by prior arrangement.

Guests have private use of the apartment and terrace throughout their stay.

Check-in is personal rather than automated. You will be welcomed on arrival and shown into the apartment, so you can settle in comfortably and have everything explained from the beginning.

This is the owner's private London residence and is only available to guests while they are travelling.

Unlike a purpose-built holiday rental, the apartment has been designed and lived in as a home. You may therefore find some of the owners' personal belongings within the property, while ample wardrobe and storage space will always be made available for your stay.

We believe this is part of what makes the apartment special: it feels personal, individual and genuinely lived in rather than like a conventional rental.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of three guests and, due to the elevated terrace, is not suitable for children.

The building’s lease does not permit pets.

As this is a private residential building, parties and events are not permitted and we ask guests to be particularly considerate of our neighbours when using the terrace.
